Custom wire forms, multi-slide and four-slide products are designed with a wide variety of shapes to perform many functions and are often used as links to carry loads with minimum deflection.
At Associated Spring, we offer configurations for clips, clamps and other static-load devices with short working ranges. Many designs are economically produced using standard tooling.
How to Specify:
A blueprint or sketch is the best way to specify your wire form. Consultation with Associated Spring engineers early in the design stage will often result in considerable cost savings. Also, minor changes in part design can sometimes facilitate manufacture on automatic machinery, as well as reduce tool costs.
